Came in for a tire replacement and rotation. Very busy store, best to make appointments. Eric helped me out. Very helpful and professional helping everyone.

Extremely busy store. Staff working very hard to get people's cars fixed and out of the door. Made online appointment for next day. Waited inline still on my appointed time. Ordered and paid for two front tires to be delivered from another store next day. Went to store next day after tires delivered; still had to wait almost three hours before my car is serviced. Staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable, but just too busy.

I went in to get my tires inspected and get tire rotation and balanced tires. Got there at 11:24am. The front desk person that helped me I think his name was Israel, he said it’s about an hour wait to 1 hour and a half. I went as a walk in and they had a bunch of appointments they had to take care of which I understand. Flash forward almost 3 hours later and they still hadn’t worked on my car which for a tire rotation and balance job that should only take at most 20 minutes. I tried talking to the manager (at least I think that’s who he was) and bro responded to my situation with an npc reply. I would have been fine leaving if I knew it was gonna take 3+ hours to do a simple rotation and balance but they lied about it and kept me there. Even if you set up an appointment, people were still complaining and waiting for their cars to be serviced. I ended up leaving at 2:15 (still no one looked at my car)since the France and Morocco game is at 3 and I ain’t missing that. Hopefully it ain’t like this all the time but beware.

Very bad service at the air check spot. Twice. I came yesterday and after the initial directions, where to park and wait, nobody showed up for 30 min and then I left. Same thing today. Nobody helping, any information, any apology. Usually I receive a prompt a kind service, but not now. Maybe a different management?? I recommend another Discount Tire location.

I’ve been coming to this store for several years with multiple vehicles owned by myself and my family, and up until this incident, I’ve generally had positive experience with service and competitive pricing. There was one prior issue where a wheel was scratched near a few bolt sockets, but it was addressed satisfactorily at the time. I had an issue following a tire service where damage to my wheel hub threads was discovered during a later visit during wheel removal. When I brought it to the store’s attention, I did not receive a clear path forward initially. The manager indicated the damage could not have occurred at their store and did not provide a claims process until I later pushed for the issue to be documented and escalated to corporate. After doing my own research and reviewing my service history, I found the damage was consistent with cross-threading. My records showed multiple visits to this location over the past 2 years, with no tire work performed elsewhere. I contacted corporate, who arranged for me to meet with the manager again. During that discussion, I raised concerns about the safety of driving with one lug bolt unable to be properly installed. The manager ind
